Q. What file format are the audio files?
A. They are mostly mp3 (>90%) with the rest as wma files.

Q. What quality (bitrate) are the audio files?
A. All less than 320kbps. If you are looking for higher quality files, buy on iTunes/Amazon/Juno/Emusic etc. Older riddims (1970-2000s) are 192 kbps or less.

Q. Are all songs on each riddim available in each pack?
A. Some riddims have a song or two missing, but most are complete. Promo-quality.

Q. After subscribing, do I have access to all listed promo riddims?

Q. Or if I purchase a promo pack, how soon do I get a link?
A. Links are generated upon purchase and you are automatically redirected to the download page on checkout. We also send your unique link to your email address as per your registered PayPal email address.

Q. Which file hosts do we use?
A. We mainly use Dropbox and some collections are on Mega.

Q. What do I do if I cannot download from  Dropbox or Mega?
A. Firstly, try using the pCloud or Dropbox apps – install on your device and allow to sync. Some packs may require you to purchase additional space ($3-10) on the above file cloud services.
We recommend using Chrome or Opera with the latest flash player plugin. Also clear your browser cookies before logging onto the site.
OR we just send you an alternative Mega link.

Q. How do we get a hold of you?
A. Get us on the site chat panel on right column of the page or send us an email (faster) info@riddims.co. We are also available via our Facebook page (facebook.com/riddimzragga) as well as directly via Whatsapp.

Q. What if I want to buy promo riddim collections in bulk?
A. Email us at info@riddims.co.

Q. Are there refunds if I am unsatisfied with what I may have bought?
A. No. This digital service is clear and straight forward. You pay for what you see in each listed post.
It is always better to purchase the official releases on iTunes, Juno, Amazon, Microsoft, eMusic…..etc

This service is mainly for DJs. It is always better to purchase the official releases on iTunes, Juno, Amazon, Microsoft, eMusic…..etc. wherever available online on digital stores.


Please note : All the collections are promo quality, that is, not the best. These packs are mainly for DJs who require bulk riddims, which many are hard to find anywhere (online and in the real world).
